As an Area Telecommunications Manager for Ameritech, she has analyzed voice and data systems of small to medium size businesses in order to provide them with a telecommunications solution. As a Manager of Customer Service for Ameritech, she developed, trained, and managed customer service representatives. Terri’s top priority at Covaxis is providing unparalleled customer sales and service. She believes project management, informing customer of what to expect throughout the process of the project, and providing follow-up support after the completion of the project are the key components to providing this level of service.
